Terms of services and Privacy policy

You are required to agree to terms before using any of the service offered by RepliedAI. 

Definitions:

RepliedAI

In this document, RepliedAI, we and us refer to Replied AI ABN 30613375214. We can be contacted through our email address 


RepliedAI Client

RepliedAI client or you refers to RepliedAI clients that have created their profile on RepliedAI platform (https://www.replied.ai) and must accept RepliedAI terms of services mentioned on this page before using any of the services.

End-User

End user , end-user, subscriber, user, chatbot user refers to the person using the chatbot. 
RepliedAI does not require end-user to accept any terms of services. It is the sole responsibility of RepliedAI Client to get the necessary approval from the end-user before any use of service.

Terms of Services

RepliedAI terms of services are mentioned below

Registration

  • By clicking on "Sign in" on the login page (https://console.replied.ai), you agree with our terms of services.
  • We identify you based on your email address.
  • We leverage Oauth from various social media providers to verify if you are the rightful owner of your email address registered with that Oauth provider. 
  • If you complete the Oath process, we fetch the following information from that Oauth provider:
    • Email address
    • Profile Name


SPAM Policy

  • You acknowledge not to send any unsolicited messages.
  • You acknowledge sending users with an option to opt out if they don't want to receive any messages from you.
  • We reserve the right to take actions against any spam complaint, these actions may include warning notices or termination of the account
  • You will not use this service for any threat.
  • Message sent through autoresponder on your account will be treated as sent by you.
  • A brand name used to send SMS should be in accordance with your business.
  • No information on this website is to be copied and reproduced.
  • No content, design and form of member/console area to be copied or to be used to make another such service.

 

Privacy Policy Facebook Channel

  • We will retrieve Facebook page access token during the login process, that access token will enable us to read messages that are sent to your Facebook messenger and we will be able to reply back to those messages.
  • We will able to see your end user's Facebook name.
  • We will be able to see the message text and the sender ID, however, that ID will not be sent to you, if you want to contact to that user, you need to do it through us and we will send the message using your Facebook page access token.
  • We will no sell the data for any analytical or marketing purpose.
  • We will not use access tokens to send any message other than what configured by you.


Privacy Policy Skype Channel

  • We will create Microsoft BOT on Azure for Skype and Webchat.
  • We will manage that BOT, however, you will be able to add your contacts on that bot.
  • We will be able to see the subscriber data on that bot.
  • We will not sell any data for analytical or marketing purpose.
  • We will use the access token to send any message other than what configured by you.

Privacy Policy Google Assistant

  • We will not share user data with any third party.
  • We may ask end users to sign in for certain functions. Once the user is signed in, their email address will become visible to Hostedbots
  • We in user's password will not be visible to Hostedbots
  • We will access your device' microphone to convert text to speech.
  • We will save the user first and last name.

Message Scheduling

  • Messages scheduled will not be cancelled if they are due to be sent within 5 minutes.
  • Only messages through an SMS channel can be scheduled.
