RepliedAI Client

RepliedAI client, you or client refers to RepliedAI clients that have created their profile on RepliedAI platform (https://www.replied.ai) and must accept RepliedAI terms of services mentioned on this page before using any of the services.

End-User

End user , end-user, subscriber, user, chatbot user refers to the person using the chatbot. 

RepliedAI does not require end-user to accept any terms of services. It is the sole responsibility of RepliedAI Client to get the necessary approval from the end-user before any use of service.

Personal Data Collection

RepliedAI collects your personal data through its own website (https://www.replied.ai) or through other social media accounts at different stages.

Data collection at Login/Sign-up stage

RepliedAI relies on third party social media account providers to verify your identity before logging into our website. For this stage, replied has partnered with "Firebase (https://firebase.google.com)" for verifying your identity. We collect the following information during the login/Sign-up stage

• Email: Email address linked to your social media account

On-Demand data collection

Since repliedAI collects as narrow data as possible ( only the information required is collected, any additional information will be collected on-demand basis), you may be required to provide additional consent when we feel that you need to provide more data. 

• Google Calendar (read/write access to Google Calendar Events)

RepliedAI platform allows our clients to accept a booking from their users. Booking information is stored in a google calendar that they need to link to their RepliedAI profile. The flow chart below shows how repliedAI ask the client about their "Google Calendar Events" consent. 

Once the client has granted permission, the "Appointment Scheduler" can be used in a chatbot. If the end-user is using the chatbot that is using the appointment scheduler, the chatbot will use the token (fetched during the permission grant process) to fetch the available event from the client's calendar and will use the same token to update the calendar with a new event.
